Greetings everyone! Apologies for the lapse in publishing. Life’s demands got in the way. Then the platform that Curious Frame was published on shut down. Now I must reformat the first 48 issues.
The problem is that to save the changes, all of the issues will need to be sent out again. Some of the content is missing and some of it is just messy.
Is that a problem for you to receive them again? I will roll them out over a period of time. Please let me know if it’s an issue for you.
The beauty of the newsletter being on Substack is that you can read it on the app. I find it a very useful way to read newsletters and I am subscribed to many of them. The point of a newsletter should always be to be able to read it at your leisure.
So at the moment the newsletter is in transition and I do hope that you’ll contine to be a subscriber as I still have much to write about, Thoughts on Photography are neverending.
I began writing this newsletter as a counterpart to my Shoot New York City website and my Art & Abstract Photography site.
In a world that is overpopulated with images, Curious Frame is where I share my thoughts on photography. It is always about ‘seeing with new eyes’.
I’m Leanne Staples, a photographer, artist, and writer living in New York City. Street photography and lens-based art are my passions, and Curious Frame is where I’ll be sharing my thoughts on these passions.
Thank you for subscribing and your thoughts and suggestions are always welcome.
